Pilanesberg is one of the largest volcanic complexes of its kind in the world. The early presence of man can be seen in the numerous Stone and Iron Age sites that are scattered throughout the park. With this trip, we stay at the lovely Manyane camp that has well equipped self -catering chalets in face brick and this is a lovely camp with walking routes for those that enjoy birds, trees and nature as you will spot some impala and other wild life in the camp.
Day 1: 09h00: Distance for day: 230 km
Depart as early as possible for your safari in Pilanesberg. Enter the Bakubung gate and start your game viewing. Book into Manyane Camp, enjoy lunch and depart for your late afternoon open vehicle game drive. Returning to Manyane for dinner.
Day 2 & 3: 06h00: Distances for the day :50km
Wake up call early and a game drive until about 09h00. Back to Manyane for breakfast. Relax until lunch time, explore the Lodge OR enjoy more game viewing for the rest of the day, visiting hides and Pilanesberg centre. Dinner and overnight at Manyane
Day 4: 07h00: Distance for day: 230 km
Early morning game drive and return to Manyane Camp for breakfast. Return to Johannesburg in the early afternoon
